Eligibility and process

• Returns/exchanges allowed within 2 days of delivery if:
• Item is damaged upon arrival.
• Wrong product delivered.
• Product defective or not as described.
• Item must be unused and in original packaging.
• Unboxing video/photos are required for claims.
• Change of mind is not accepted.
• Refunds processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
